A career spent at the table, on both sides of the felt.
Michael "Gags30" Gagliano has played poker professionally since 2009. He started in low-stakes online sit-and-go's and multi-table tournaments, then specialized in high-stakes online MTTs before moving into live tournament play.
He has earned four WSOP bracelets over the course of his career, with more than $8 million in combined live and online tournament cashes. Recent focus has expanded to include online and live cash games.
Coaching since 2010, Michael has worked one-on-one with more than fifty students over the years. Past students have gone on to win the WSOP Main Event ($7M+), multiple WPT and EPT titles, and WCOOP and SCOOP championships. He has also consulted for major casinos and online poker platforms on product development and player experience.
Before turning professional, Michael worked in an elementary school. That teaching experience translates directly to one-on-one coaching, where most of the job is explaining ideas clearly and meeting students at their level. When he isn't playing, he's at home in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
